Whilst waiting for a member of our team to arrive to fix your issue, we suggest trying the following for a burst water pipe emergency:
- Obvious one – Bucket under the source of the leak in order to prevent additional damage i.e. water going into the floorboards
- Towel/Cloth to soak up as much water as possible
- Cut off the water supply, which is the best damage prevention method. To do this you need to find the “Stop Tap”, which can spin anti clockwise to turn off the water supply.
