New Toilet Installation
From Standard Suites To Wall-Hung Concealed Cisterns
A new toilet is rarely just bolting it down and connecting the water. The waste seal at the floor has to be perfect, the cistern needs the right inlet and flush valves, and the unit has to sit square without rocking. Get any of those wrong, and you’ll have leaks, smells, or a loose toilet within months.
We install toilets across every type of bathroom setup, including close-coupled suites in family bathrooms, back-to-wall units in modern fitouts, wall-hung toilets on concealed cisterns, and cloakroom units in the smallest of downstairs WCs. Whether you’ve already chosen the toilet or you’d like advice on what’ll work with your existing plumbing, we’ll handle the installation properly from start to finish.

Toilet Repairs Cardiff
Faulty Cisterns & Leaks Put Right
Most toilet problems are simpler than they look. Constantly running toilets usually indicate a worn valve in the cistern, and slow-filling toilets usually indicate a blockage or a worn fill mechanism. Either way, the parts are cheap, and the repair is straightforward.
We repair leaks at the base of the toilet, leaks from the cistern, faulty flush mechanisms, dual-flush button issues, and wobbly fittings that worsen the longer they’re left. Where the toilet itself is cracked or beyond economical repair, we’ll let you know honestly and recommend a like-for-like replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our Toilet Service FAQs
My toilet won't stop running. Can it be fixed?
Almost always, yes. A constantly running toilet is usually a failed inlet valve or a worn flush valve seal. Both are inexpensive parts, and the repair is usually done within an hour. We’ll diagnose the cause before recommending any replacement.
Do you fit wall-hung toilets with concealed cisterns?
Yes. Wall-hung toilets with concealed cisterns, such as Geberit, are more complex to install than standard toilets because the cistern is built into a frame inside the wall. We handle the full job, including the frame, plumbing connections, and final fitting.
Can you fix a leaking cistern?
Yes. Leaks from a cistern usually come from the inlet valve, the flush valve, or the seal between the cistern and the pan. All are repairable in most cases, and we’ll let you know if any parts need to be replaced before the work starts.
Can you replace a toilet as part of a bathroom renovation?
Yes. A lot of our toilet installations happen during wider bathroom refurbishments, where we coordinate with the bathroom fitter or kitchen installer doing the broader work. The best time to bring us in is at the planning stage.
